Awsome story, sounds like a story I did one time called Aftermath. I might pick that series up again. Anyway, I give this a 9.2/10. The only problem is what everybody else said, backround information.

Amazing story. I like to see the Humans and the Covenant on an even keel. The Humans have better ships and technology, but the Covenant outnumber them. Good story, but the battle scenes leave some to be desired. It would be better to have at least part of the story coming from the point of view of a mid-level ship commander, such as a Rear Admiral or Captain and their bridge crew. And in the fleet engagement, you basically just said that the fighters killed a few ships, then you said the Humans fired a salvo, then you jumped to the end and the bombarding the planet. I give it a 7.5 out of 10

Very nice story, but I want to know where this is and all that. That question tells yo the only flaw, but otherwise, it was good. 9/10

Great story. The only thing i got aginst it is you need to put out a better backround setting.

Nice story...keep it coming. I really don't think its too unrealistic, considering Humanity could have (probably) does have secret bases and ship yards pumping out warships etc.. I like the fact we just nuked their plant and did not bother with occupying it :o)

Hey, nice job. It's got a lot of iffy historical background (what happened to Earth getting invaded?)... but it's a nice story. Very interesting... I like the UNSC's inventory, although it's a bit unrealistic coming from just three solar systems. 9/10
