Great story, don't quite get the whole Archipelago incident though. Also "Our only tit has been cut off." Erm, is that a typo, or am I misunderstanding the phrase? Off to read the rest now, the suspense draws me ever onwards...!

Well, it's just gonna be an abandoned outpost. With a couple vehicles left. Nothing important.

Coast Guard counts as water forces. "There's a UN Coast Guard outpost about a half mile down the runway, mostly Americans." Different factions and such within the UN, water Navy pretty much used as tools for these factions, or countries, now, in Black Ops against other guys to get the upper hand in the political game before the Covies blow us all to smeg. At least that's how I write it.

Good Mainevent. And you're part of Raider's Company's Fan Fictions of the day at HBO.

The UN basically controls the Marines, Airforce, Army, and Navy, but they still have all of their bases.
But if it makes you feel better, "There's a United Nations Space command United States Coast Guard outpost about a half mile down the run way."
;) THa'ts the way, uh uh huh I like it.

WOOOOOOOOOW! The best yet! Trotson's suicide reminded me of Tojo, though Tojo shot himself in the chest with a .32 and lived, to be tried for war crimes. *Interesting note: he had almost everything short of AA guns at his disposal, and he chose a low-power pistol. Not much determination, eh?* Well, I liked it. Coast Guard? With all that? Whatever. Wouldn't the Coast Guard be UN controlled? I dunno if you said otherwise, but with the UNSC being a branch of the UN (and making up the main body of it, subsequently) the UN probably controls nothing outside of the water forces of Earth. Whatever, that was a pointless rant. Just awesome, Mainevent. Just awesome.
