Oh, wait, I get it. I thought they were in a ship protecting the ODP, not in it. Sorry.

Yes, that may be so, but it would make it too easy on the Humans' part. Each UNSC ship would be able to take out three Covenant cruisers, thereby totally demoralizing the sense of danger that comes with space battles. The Humans would effectively slaughter that Covenant before their plasma cannons could warm up.

Mr. Kang, if you read the Halo novels, you would see that the Orbital Defense weapons around Reach, were referred to as SUPER, MAC guns. Wouldn't it be a little more sensible to have much better weaponry orbiting the home planet of the human race? Given the amount of decades since the beginning of the Covenant war and the pattern of destruction, I believe the UNSC forces would. As for the dashes, if you read carefully, you could see that anyone speaking over a comm frequency had them, so that readers wouldn't get confused as to whether those individuals were somewhere else or on the bridge. I appreciate your attention to detail there Mr. W1REF1RE. Readers saw that the landing force, were at this moment, "betrayed". If you read on, you would see that Olahim pulled out a reading on the trajectory of the landing force, and the INTENDED trajectory of the Sirenous Requiem. We don't know if the force landed in Sydney or not. That was intentional, and I hope you would give me a chance to read on and see what happens. I appreciate your comments though guys, it shows that there are people reading.

First of all... Youve got to learn more about the area which the Covenant attack force lands. IE Sydney. 15,000 off target would put the landing site on another continent and If you intend to keep the landing site near sydney, THERE ARE NO VINES IN THE FRELLING TREES!

I can't take stories when ships have super-weapons, such as ten MACs, or super missiles. I stopped reading after it said "MACs 6 through 9 are hot." And why did you have dashes when the dude was talking?
