Silent Giant, you forget, their shields are quite powerful. Think a gold Elite's shield strength, increased quite a bit. The Covenant seem to base shield strength on the individual's importance, and Niuva was extremely important, therefore he had incredibly tough shields.

great story, only i felt that all the previous chapters building up on david were not really needed, he kinda went down just like any other marine or patriot. i enjoyed reading the story however. please dont give up writing fan fic. :)

Wow, it is the best story I have read in a long time the only problem that I have is the fact that the warmaster got hit by a grenade and was only dazed by it, not mortally wounded or killed. Great Great story

I haven't been on the site in awhile but what a damn good ending, i mean my god i never expected that to happen, wow. This is one the best freaking stories i have read in a long time. Damn good job

Actually the MTT thing is completely coincidence. I don't even remember that. Or maybe I subconsciously thought about it. It wasn't on purpose though.And thanks a lot master stu. Means a lot to me when people say stuff like that.
