The Ticonderoga class is in service today with the USN as a Guided Missile Cruiser, that's why I said something.

Heh, you caught me Steele, but there was a ship called the Iroqouis... maybe they would continue to name a ship-class after the poor ol' Native Americans.

i think Ticonderoga was a great name for the ship. they used that name in starship troopers too. never mind....

Yeah, very eye catching title. That's the trick nowadays. Excellent story. Ticonderoga-class guided missile cruiser. Series completed from 1983 to 1994, twenty-seven in class. Displacment of around 10,000 tons fully loaded.
Other than the use of the Ticonderoga name this story was pretty good. 9/10. I try to use names other than todays, but slightly similar. Anyway keep it up.

Note: This series is a branch-off from "A Single Motion" so as not to confuse anybody.
