I have no idea what the hell happened, that first small part isnt suppossed to be there. I dont know what happened. SOMEONE PLEASE FIX IT!!!!!!

You can italicise the names of ships with the [i]shipmame[/i]. Just thought you'd want to know...

Well, this was a small contingent of scout ships. The next wave will be much larger. There are only about 800 ships gaurding earth, weighed against about a thousand covenant ships. the UNSC has worked away about two thirds of the covenants' ships, and these are all the UNSC has left, so this is it, then on to the assult on the covenant homeworld.

I never skimmed what i meant by Frigates was that their were more Covie frigates I would have thought attacking EARTH their would be thousands... in one group that is.

Well, i only said there was a net of ships around earth, i never said there were thousands. And there were only several ships sent to each sector this time, in the next chapter there'll be the flagships with the turrets that fire the lance beams that detonate UNSC ships instantly, that and alot more covenant ships. And the sheilding is simply an expansion of the SPARTAN-II shielding, just on a large scale. There were two ships that took the hits for the platforms, notice the two names. And there isnt any way to italicize ship names. When the one ship blew up?, there were two covenant ships, a frigate and the cruiser the platform shot down. skimming is the devil my freinds.

Okay here's the thing it seemed a bit too easy... here's why. You said to impact on the frigates' starboard side. This would imply that their is more than one frigate... however, it appears as though there is only one. Now in the book and what not the forces always outnumbered UNSC forces. Now that messes your story up. You can still fix it I think. Just next chapter make sure the Captain(Notice capitalize Captain always capitalize ranks!) or Admiral whatever mentions that the lone Covenant ship was a scout for the bigger force... Otherwise it's just why the heck did only one ship show up? You understand right? Just a few suggestions... decent story. The shields were never really explained they were just "better". So it's okay 7/10
