I'm honored that so many " lifer " fan-fic authors here at this site are following this series. I appreciate the comments you all have posted here. Anonymous, I'm not sure what I have done to offend you and I hope that you will voice your opposition to me in the next post. Helljumper, I do owe you an apology. When I was first working up the courage to post a story on this site, I wanted to read a couple of stories first just to see what has already been covered by other authors. I used to play an RPG called " Traveller " and they had defensive armaments called " sandcasters ", which functioned exactly like your TADDs. So, people, I am belatedly crediting Helljumper ( who writes a fine series himself )as a 'technical consultant ' for my story. El_halo_diablo, my hat's off to you too. Everyone should check out his series, too. I hope to have the third installment out this weekend. Stay tuned...

very impressive writing. i like it a lot. i see you "borrowed" my Titanium A dust idea. with a writer as talented as you, i dont mind, but just let me know next time. i want to know who is using my ingenious ideas to spice up thier stories, hehe. anyway, great work, cant wait for the next chapter!
