note: i am not a very descriptive person, and if you are wondering this is my first, and the rest in this series will follow the exploits of the main character.
time line
halo 2 cairo station - outskirts.
you are born, you die, why?
so many questions. when the odds are stacked, all that matters is...
chapter 1 - zak
"hey". "can you hear me? can you hear me? wake up!" the strange person had said
"huh?" zak slowly opened his eyes.
"wha..? what happened to me?" zak had asked
"whew, hey everybody, zak is alive!" the person had shouted
zak got up and focused his vision on the person.
"oh its just regald" he said to himself.
suddenly a huge celestial ship hovered above them.
8 orbs of light filed the bottom of the ship.
"hey zak, what is that?"
the lights got brighter and brighter, it grew so intense that he could almost hear it charging.
"oh no." those were the last words any of them said.
as the sky the ground the air, were filled with the scarlet coloured light.
chapter 2 - clide
"what the..." zak said
"what on earth" a girl had said
"that is the most.." a boy had said
"eeeeekkkkkkkk" a young youth had said.
zake along with his 21 companions readied themselves for the long long trip ahead.
"i call shotgun" zak belted out
"no i called it first" a green haireed boy yelled out
"no! i called it first" a zak had said
"shut up clide" zak yelled
"IM GONNA KILL YOU" zak said, while slowly raising his battle rifle.
clide almost in sync raised his jack hammer rocket launcher.
"EAT THIS PUNK" zak firing a full clip at clide, while missing every shot.
"YOU SUCK Zak!" clide barked, while firing his rocket launcher.
they were both equally bad shots, especially those two.
as clides rocket hurdles toward zak, the rocket just zoomed past zaks head.
zaks laughter was out matched in volume by an explosion,
"oh well he just missed a rocket nothing to worry about,man this reminds me of those good ole days were me and john used to play king of the hill together, those were the good days, and also that game of tag that lasted for 8 years."
clide was open mouthed. speechless.
"HA i win, now i get to go in the warthog"
as zak turned around, it was not the warthog he saw, what he saw was something much more diffrent.
chapter 3 - he has something else to worry about
"cortana tell me the plan one more time."
"sure thing chief" cortana replied.
first we hijack this covenant ship, next we steal the artifact next, while gravity pulls you down you grab hold on the ship agravator.
"gotcha" the master chief replied
as the master chief chief was launched
by an ejecting seat of a pelican
right into a covenant ship.
but an incoming asteroid distrupted the path and the master chief fell towards earth.
the world went blank.
"master chief that was a good try but next time lets not to hesitate this time.
it was a simulation
as the master chief left the building he stopped suddenly at the end of the road.
"master chief why did you stop?" cortana asked
"where is our ride?" the master chief asked?
"hmm it says in the UWll(universal warthog location list)
hmm the warthog that was coming here was destroyed."
"by what?" the master chief asked?
"hmm cause of destruction......"
" what is it" the master chief asked?
"well we got good news and bad news"
"what happened to the warthog?"
"okay for the bad news.."
"what happened?" the master chief asked again with impatience
"it was destroyed"
"by what?"
"two marines fighting over shotgun."
"also you know what we have to do now?"
"what"
"gotta walk"
"......"
chapter 4 - the battle
" now tell me why the hell did you blow up that warthog?"
the warrant officer asked
"well ugh it was like this, a covenant ship came and tried to destroy the warthog so we had to let it go." zak said
"it says here it was destroyed by you two because you were fighting for shotgun."
"get out of my sight, pack up you and your friend are going to join the battle in the outskirts of new mexico."
"now get out"
as zak left the room someone had confronted him.
"hey" you comin? the man asked
"yeah" zak replied.
"my name is regald".
chapter 5 - the survival
"okay ready marines here we go" sergeant johnson had said.
"hoo-rah" the marines replied
"now lets kick some covenant butt"
the pelican hit by a plasma bolt fell hoplessly to the ground.
"ok marines lets move follow the master chief"
zak looking for clide in the chaos was inpossible so he followed the green man in to the center street.
5 grunts soon left there position to engage the marines,
zak raising his smg emptied a full clip while missing every shot. while reloading, the master chief jumping over zak, shot down two grunts beat down another grunt and stuck a grunt with a plasma gernade.
it was then after reloading 2 marines aproached him,
"there you are" clide said
"we were looking for you" regald said
the rest of the marines rushed a nearby building only to be killed by elites.
"this is bad hold on, CHIEF!!!CHIEF!!" zak called
the master chief then turning around rushed the elites hand to hand and destroyed them.
"come" he said.
so the 4 remaining marines crossed an allyway.
"johnson stay here" the chief said.
"you three come with me."
they came across another alleyway this time the masterchief was quick about this alleyway
"hurry up" he said.
zak bolted across and was safe.
regald also bolted, he tripped and was almost shot.
"what was that" he said
"snipers" the chief said.
"they know we are here tell your friend to hurry"
so they did. when it was clides turn he ran.
1 step...2 step...3step...
as clide bolted across the alleyway a line of blue light pierced clides head. as he fell sprawling on the floor they knew they had to leave him the master chief un pinned a gernade and threw it in clides decaying mouth.
as they left a tear dripped from zaks eye.
as they entered the main building they were shot down by a scarab.
chapter 6 - all good things must come to an end.

zak was the only survivor
as he stood up, the scarab was only 3 hours away from his position.
as he looked around only the chief was alive, the chief walked up to zak and said the final three words he would ever say. "your it"
chapter 7 - the end?
realizing that master chief was the one and only john, he knew what he had to do. first he held johns suit and wore it. he put on the helmet, and the leggings.
after maybe 2.5 hours of wearing the armour he heard something.
"hey new guy, lets kick some ass."
"who are you?"
"just call me an old friend of the master chiefs"
"okay miss."
"dont call me that, call me.. cortana"
