Seemingly there is no reason for this extraordinary intergalactic upset, (What's happening Chief?) only Dr. Catherine Halsey, currently of ONI, has provided any explanation.
MC, ah-ah, he's a miracle,
This morning's attack on an Outer Colony is definite cause for alarm.
