"Well, when we blew up that covenant ship, on my way to find a place to set the bomb, I noticed a wrecked, but not destroyed seraph. I quickly looked it over, and flipped it, and I fired her up. It worked. I set here to a warm up mode, so I could make my escape, and try to get back to the rest of us. So after that, I set up the nuke, and ran back to the seraph. by then I had warmed up and I left. by the time I got to where our ship was, you had already left. All of a sudden, i get a message from the covenant, in there own language. I had no idea what to do, so I quickly sent back a message in english, and they asked back, who are you. Again not knowing what to do I said that's not important, but there's a huge human ship on the other side of the moon over there, it was attacking me. lets kill them. that immediately got excited, and dropped contact, and turned around and went over there.
Quickly I landed on the nearest planet, which happen to be a huge ring shaped thing. Apparently, they had not seen me, or the ring, because it was camouflaged. I only saw it because I saw my reflection in it. I went down and 'landed' on it. apparently, when I landed on it, it was no longer camouflaged, to me, because im sure the Covenant would already be here. I had landed on the out side of it on a metal plate, but I was on the tip, and I noticed that the thing I was on, was actually a wall. so I fly around to the other side, and land. Im now in a huge snow storm, and there's ice all around. not wanting to be here, I flew around, and not one mile from there I find a swamp. A swamp. Right next to a glacier. It made no sense.
Anyway I scout it out, and notice that there is a crashed covenant Phantom, and a banshee. I move in to investigate, and I see a few engineers, about 20 or so grunts, 10 jackals, and 5 elites, two blue, two red, and a gold. they notice me, and they run around trying to get my attention. Not wanting to be killed, I quickly turn around, and go out of sight. There I land, and get my shotgun, a lot of plasma grenades, and a pistol, a sniper rifle, two hunting knives, a med kit, and one ghost, which was lying next to where I landed. Then i quietly as I could i snuck up on the crashed ship. finally, I come upon a hill over looking them. i take out the rifle, and quickly take out the four red and blue elates. I tried to take out the gold, but he got behind the crashed ship. All of a sudden I get static in my helmet. I look up and there's plasma everywhere, because the grunts are shooting at me. I immediately start hurling grenades at them. I killed most except for about 4. I take my helmet off, because its pretty messed up, and I pull out my shotgun, and get in the ghost. I drive towards them, when they drop there weapons and hid behind the ship. now expecting to hear screams from the grunts, as the elite kills them, I pause to listen, and got out of the ghost.
"aaaaaaaauuuuuuggggghhhhhhhh" the elite screamed and charged me. I avoid the blows, and he slashes hard straight down on me vertically, and i grab the sword in my palms. obviously that's gonna sting a bit, and my shields are draining rapidly. At 10 % I let go and crouch, ad lean on my back, and I kick out with my legs, and catch him in the chest, and cracked his breast plate. well by now he is pissed, and takes off all of his armor, except for his legs and arms. He bellows, "I shall kill you, you little filthy swine, but before I do." I yelled right back, "Bring it on you Covenant bastard." Which got him REALLY pissed. As he snarled and charged, I try to side step but he slices my face, from the left side of my forehead, across, to my right shoulder. I quickly grab his sword, stab him in the stomach, and slices upwards through his chest and head, killing him instantly.
I then go over to the ship, and see if the grunts are still there. they were, but they were in a frenzy, screaming and yelling and stuff, and a couple ran in to each other and fell. I yelled at them, and I waved the plasma sword around, and they got real quiet, and looked at me. I said in a firm voice, as i tried to control my frustration with them, "okay, grunts, i have five commands, and your gonna do them, or i will kill you, very, very, very slowly, got it?" After that, they jumped, screamed, and then cowered, but i heard a yes somewhere in there, so I thought that they understood. "okay here's what your gonna do, first give me the highest ranking officer here, that is alive, then fix up every ship here, as best you can, if you know of any other being here, find them and bring them here, and I do NOT mean elites, I mean any engineers, or anything that's living here, and is friendly. Understand?"
Well, with the officer part, that got there attention, they said, "Oh, were all grunts, no officers here, sir, our names are yayap, which is me, I am a scout,but I would be the highest ranking official, because I was always left in charge when the elites went somewhere,while we have been here, that's Viril ( VI-ral ) the needler he's red like me, the orange armored man is wawak (pronounced wa-wak) the suicide dude, is orange too, he's gets a whole lot of grenades, and he is supposed to run over mines and such while throwing grenades around him, to protect the master elites when they charge the enemy," and with that, they all yelled some squeaky yappy,yippy growling chirping thing, like the other elite, only he said actually words. Then, without stopping for breath, began again "And then he's , Ririm ( RI-rim ) he's the FRG carrier, and the highest official ranking officer, because he's a black grunt, and soon to be silver, they were training him to be a FRG, so he can use one, and he's the highest in the class,"now he takes what seems to be a breath, "There is also engineer grunt, whose name is Yiyit ( Yi-yit). There are some engineers, on the inside of the ship, who are fixing up the guns, there is no one else, as far as we know, except a seraph we saw earlier, but it left." Well, this was good, I could get the grunts to forge for water for me, and use the engineers to fix my suit and everything else, then I could explore this crazy place, and report back to the UNSC. So with that I told them to get the water in the armor plates of the elites, and the shields of the jackals, and be back before the engineers are done, which was about 30 minutes, and told them I would kill them if they told any other creatures about me, which got them moving quickly.
After they left, I went in to the Phantom, and meet the engineer grunt who grabbed a plasma pistol and fired at me, which I blocked with my hands, and then as softly as I could, took the pistol out of his hands. Well amazingly before I could he put it down and said " Oh, sorry, I didn't realize that you are not killing us, and i just got the message from yapyap. So what can I do to prevent you from killing me, sir." I looked around, and saw about 10-15 engineers moving around messing with things, and one started moving towards me, and started fixing my helmet. "How close are you, till this ship will be able to fly, and if it already can, how many weapons, or anything else are fixed, and how long will it take to fix the rest." I said, moving around the ship, "Well, the ship cold fly, but not off this thing, as there are a few holes we need to fix up, there enough weapons, for each of us, you, me, and the other four grunts, if we all had two weapons, but only one of us can carry a FRG, except for you, there are 2 more plasma swords, a sniper rifle, and one royal guard weapon, as for the weapons left to fix, there's a royal guard weapon, a sniper, and a needler, which I am now working on, what wold you like us to do?" "okay, that's better than I thought, okay tell the engineers, to fix the weapons now, and then get back to the ship, then when there finished, with everything but the holes, meet me outside the ship, radio Yayap, and the others, and tell them to bring back whatever they have, water wise."
I got in the ghost and rode back to the seraph. Then I loaded the ghost onto the ship, and flew back to the phantom. When I arrived, all of the plates of the elites were filled with water, and 2 shields were full. The grunts were waving to signal me, and I landed. They ran up all yelling that, there was a human here, and he was using them as slaves. I came out and they said, akwardly, "Oh, you were the seraph pilot?", "Yes I was, now move all of the weapons into there, and do NOT touch anything, besides what you are carrying." I said, as I moved to pick up one of the shields, and took a drink. It tasted excellent, it was the best water I had ever had. Then I took it into the ship, and set it down in the cockpit. I then looked around the ship looking for a container, to put the water in. I found one, in the cockpit, next to the door. inside the container, there was a grunt hiding in there.
He screamed, and tried to get out but it gently picked him up, yelled for yapyap to come here, and put him down in a cockpit seat. when i let go, He tried to get up, but yayap threw, or shoved rather,really both and yelled "AHA, I knew you where hiding somewhere. Master, this is Cicip, he's a coward, more so than the rest of us grunt's, as soon as we were attacked by the humans he hid somewhere, and the elites where trying to find and kill him, but they never did, as he hid in the ship, dirty, stinking, rotten, GAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA"
he yelled, as he leapt at Cicip, and attacked his methane mask, and punch (by punched I mean tapped, imagine a straw against a brick wall, the wall would fell a tickling sensation) which caused cicip to scream in pain, and "tickle" yayap. The two struggled for a second, then I grabbed the both, pulled them apart and told them to stop, "You can fight later, now we need to finish loading the ship, yayap, fill chipchirp in on what's happening, and get him to work carrying the FRG, two at a time, from the transport ship to here, get Viril to watch him, and carry some of the heavy weapons, only no FRG, only chipchirp does that, now go." I said, then I ran back to the water, grabbed a small armor plate full, and poured it into the place where chipchirp was hiding, then I fired a few plasma pistol rounds into it to boil and evaporate the water, then I poured the rest of the water in there, and put one piece of armor on top of it.
After a few minutes of peace and a cool drink, I went to check on the progress of the engineers. They had almost completely fixed the ship, so I grabbed a few, softly, and I called yayap. He appeared carrying a needler, and pistol, and was chirping a tune. (Which sounded similar to the Star wars theme, but with some RVB theme mixed in. This is so you can get a feel for what it sounds like- BB.) "yes master, what do you need." he said, placing the guns in the almost 3 foot high pile outside the ship," do you need me to translate?" he asked, then immeadeatly told them to go and fix the cockpit. "Wow," I thought to myself, "This is one smart grunt, maybe he could break the black officer barrier, and make it to gold or something, wait, I never told him to fix the cockpit, I was thinking that!"
Well after this startling revelation, I decided to keep it to my self for now. So, I left the ship, to see cicip, fall over from the weight of the guns, only to have Riril shoot him with a needler shot, which hit him in the ass, which was rather funny, ecspeially the dance he did. Well, wanting to leave quickly, I told them, "Okay stop attacking him, Viril, go get the rest of the FRG and cicip, you've served this punishment, but never hid again, at least not that fast, go and tell the engineers what yayap tells you to tell them, and tell him that you have served your, never mind forget that, just go, all the rest of you grunts, come with me, now." I turned around to go back to the ship, and had three grunts in front of me.
When I looked at them, I didn't recognize any of them, they looked different, and one was silver. The silver one said," were here to end this charade, freeze, and follow us." and pointed a plasma rifle at me, the grunt with tiny legs, pointed a plasma rifle as well, and the one on the left had a plasma pistol, which was shaking violently, and he looked very scared. I said, "Oh well, I guess I better surrender then, wait" and I turned around, and looked at the other grunts, I shook my head, and said, "Shall I take of my helmet, sir" and I did so, and nailed the silver grunt, right in his methane mask, which shattered, but I don't know if he died from the impact, or suffocation. Then I commanded my grunts to aim for the remaining two. They obeyed, exactly, who walked over in front of me, and leveled there guns at the remaining plasma rifle grunt, because he screamed, and ran and hid in a ball, where he stood. all of a sudden, the plasma rifle, jerked out of the red grunts hands, and hovered in front of me, I took it, and turned around, there stood Yiyit, with his hands in the air, eyes closed, mumbling a chant. This amazed me immensely. Are grunts physic? Do the elites not know this, or are they blind to this amazing ability, or maybe yiyit is the only one.
